Tour Philosophy

To protect the privacy of our guests enjoying Spa Sapphire, we must limit the number of people we tour through our facility.


To make a reservation for services you may call our spa directly from a hotel phone by pushing the “Spa” button. If you are calling from outside of the hotel, dial 570-270-5555.

Check In
Please arrive 15minutes ahead of your scheduled reservations. This allows for a leisurely check-in, and a few moments to enjoy our Himalayan Salt Sauna and Spa Lounge area. A warm shower just before your massage washes off any salts, minerals, or chemicals that could clog pores when mixed with massage oils. After your shower, put on your robe and take some time in our Himalayan Salt Sauna and Spa Lounge. If you would like to shower before your service, please arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. To keep the serenity of the spa environment, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival. Please present all gift cards and promotional items at check-in. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment to be on schedule for the next guest.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice of cancellation is required for all services. Failure to cancel within 24 hour period will result in a 100% service charge. All reservations must be secured with a credit card.

Service Charge

A 20% service charge will be automatically added to all services. If you wish to leave gratuity above and beyond this 20%, you may do so at the Front Desk when checking out.

Payment for Services
Spa Sapphire accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Sapphire Gift Cards & Certificates, Mohegan Sun Pocono Gift Cards, Momentum Dollars and Cash.
Spa Sapphire does not accept personal checks as a form of payment.

For the safety of your valuable, we recommend you leave them in the safe provided in your hotel room. Spa Sapphire will not assume liability for any valuables.

Minimum Age Requirements

Spa Sapphire guests must be 18 yrs of age and older

Spa Etiquette

Please notify our Spa Concierge before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible spa treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, the therapist will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product and sequence of the service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, and if there is anything specific you would like us to address, please inform your therapist. You may request a specific gender massage therapist when making a reservation. We cannot guarantee that we will have your request available at all times.

What Should I Wear to the Spa?
We will never compromise your modesty. All Spa Sapphire employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable, relaxing environment for all. Our spa therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at that time. You will be given a robe, wrap and slippers when needed during your service. For your convenience, we have lockes, blow dryers and amenities.

Catered Lunch

Enjoy the many flavors of the casino by adding spa lunch to your services or package for $25.00. Lunch options are provided by the many fine restaurants located throughout the casino.
